Since 2008 we have grown from a small Ulaanbaatar crew into a full construction and engineering company — while keeping the same belief: buildings here should be made for here.

We started building insulated homes on the edge of Ulaanbaatar, where winters are unforgiving and infrastructure is thin. That taught us to engineer for the extremes first and decorate second.
Today we take on apartment blocks, commercial buildings and rural infrastructure — but every project still begins with the same question: how will this stand up to a Mongolian winter and last for generations?
See our services →Thermal and structural performance for −40°C winters comes before anything else.
Our crews are Mongolian and know the land, the seasons and the logistics.
Realistic timelines and weekly updates — no surprises at handover.
Documented safety practices on every site, every single day.
Materials and methods chosen for decades of service, not just handover day.
Careful site work that protects the steppe we build on.
A small leadership team with decades of combined experience on Mongolian sites.
